Established in 1975 as K.W. Johnston Real Estate by Ken Johnston, the brokerage grew to become one of the largest independant brokerages in Edmonton by the late 1980's.

In 1993 we were selected as one of the first Canadian brokerages to join one of the largest real estate companies in the world; Coldwell Banker is an industry leader with over 3,600 offices in 42 countries.
