 Deer Valley Gardens
A 40-unit townhome project in Leduc, AB, Deer Valley Gardens has the features young families and professional couples in Alberta need. With attached garages, laminate flooring, granite countertops, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a great price. We took over marketing this project from another brokerage after they had lack luster sales and created and irresistable product with a custom web site, HD video, virtual 3D floor plans and professional staging. The results speak for themselves, we sold all available units in less than 6 weeks and since then have sold all completed units within weeks of completion.
 Kirkness Homes
26 duplexes in Kirkness in North East Edmonton. Family friendly layouts featuring a great open floor plan, bonus room, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and attached garages. After the previous brokerage posted no sales for 8 months we took over the project and sold the remaining units in 3 weeks at a higher list price! All completed units since then have been sold before completion. Construction is underway on additional homes and we'll be ready when they are.
